All vessels calling Vancouver continue to face delays. 

Anchorages in the Vancouverarea remain full. GCT continues to meter vessel operations based on mode ofinland transport and this is resulting in some vessels advancing in the queue,

while others continue to be served on a “first come, first serve” basis. This impact to the vessel schedule is expected to continue through the end of the2nd quarter.

Yard utilization at GCT remains high at 90%. There has been an improvement in daily rail productivity,reaching a daily average of 37,300ft (91%) as a direct result of increasedrailcar supply. 

Average rail dwells have increased to 6.1 days despiteimprovement in daily production.
